This video courseware kit contains the exact same virtualized lab setup, instructional materials, and delivery process that we use for our Extreme Boot Camp™ for VMware vSphere 4, and covers all of the new enterprise features and functionality released with VMware vSphere 4.
As this video courseware kit is based on our proprietary virtualized lab format, you will install and configure VMware vSphere ESXi 4 onto a USB key preinstalled with a VMware ACE Virtual Machine that will host and run the VMware vSphere ESXi 4 hypervisor on both 32 and 64-bit PC platforms (Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 are all supported host platforms). This unique virtualized lab setup results in a portable VMware vSphere ESXi 4 hypervisor that you can run in a window on any supported Windows machine, and without dedicated hardware for the hands-on labs included in the Extreme Boot Camp™ for VMware vSphere 4 video training kit.
This courseware kit is based on our 5-day, extended hours boot camp class, and maps to the knowledge requirements of the Certified Virtualization Architect (CVA) Prometric certification.
